Job Description
Our client is a distinguished healthcare provider specializing in Concierge Primary Care, located in the vibrant and sunny city of Tucson, Arizona. Tucson is renowned for its unmatched 350 days of sunshine annually, providing residents and visitors with a superb quality of life amid the stunning Sonoran Desert and surrounded by majestic mountain ranges. This region has become an ideal destination not only for its natural beauty and outdoor recreational opportunities like hiking, cycling, and world-class golf but also for its low cost of living, making it an attractive place to live and work.
The healthcare provider is seeking top medical professionals to join their Concierge Primary Care team in an independently contracted position. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work with a low patient volume, maintaining a maximum of 10 patients per day, allowing for a more focused and personalized approach to patient care. With a salary potential of up to $300,000, this position is designed for healthcare professionals who aspire to deliver high-quality care and build meaningful, long-term relationships with every patient. The role primarily involves managing complex disease states, including post-stroke care and heart disease management, reflecting a patient population with significant medical needs.
The Concierge Medicine model embraced by the employer promotes an environment where healthcare professionals can truly make a difference by dedicating ample time and attention to each patient without the pressure of high patient loads. This results in improved patient outcomes, increased job satisfaction, and the ability to provide comprehensive, attentive care. The position features a low call schedule, enhancing the work-life balance and allowing medical professionals to fully enjoy the lifestyle benefits Tucson offers. Given the location's attractiveness, it appeals to healthcare providers who value both career satisfaction and an active outdoor lifestyle. Ideal candidates will thrive in an independent contract setting where autonomy and clinical expertise are highly valued.
