The company is currently hiring an Associate to join their Internal Marketing and Communications team located in Catonsville, Maryland. This role is essential in developing, managing, and executing the organization’s internal marketing and communication strategies to effectively support internal stakeholders across the enterprise. The Associate will act as a subject-matter expert in communications, creative processes, and production workflows, playing a critical role in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence while fostering strong cross-functional alignment.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule requiring three days onsite at the Catonsville location per week. The compensation package ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus based on performance.
The role involves overseeing day-to-day project management of internal communications, including regular updates to stakeholders, development of enterprise-wide communication strategies, and crafting diverse written content suited to employee audiences across multiple channels. The Associate will gather information by conducting research and interviews with key stakeholders, collaborate with the creative team to develop materials, initiate and track creative projects using project management software, and ensure adherence to organizational branding guidelines and templates. Additionally, the incumbent will organize and lead stakeholder meetings, present materials clearly, and maintain accurate documentation of requests and outcomes.
Ideal candidates will bring a minimum of two years of relevant experience with knowledge of marketing, communications, and sales strategies. They should demonstrate strong writing skills, the ability to develop strategies and plans tailored to varied audiences, and possess excellent interpersonal skills capable of building credibility and relationships at different organizational levels. Attention to detail, commitment to producing high-quality work, and solid project management, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities are also essential.
