Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in upscale restaurant management
  • Valid food handler's card as required by local and state laws
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and compliance standards

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years experience in full service, upscale restaurant management
  • Passion and knowledge about quality food and customer service
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible scheduling capabilities
  • Food handler’s card compliant with local and state regulations

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering kitchen operations
  • Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking standard recipes and weekly specials
  • Train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff while focusing on efficiency, profitability, and procedural compliance
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and readiness to pass the white glove test
  • Oversee business goals including process improvements and growth
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met
  • Manage inventory and basic accounting related to kitchen operations
