Job Description

Shoreline Group is a dynamic and close-knit financial services firm operating independently as part of the Thrivent Financial network. Serving Central to Southeast Wisconsin through multiple on-site offices, Shoreline Group specializes in offering comprehensive financial solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of its members. The firm upholds a values-driven, relationship-first approach, focusing on helping clients achieve financial security and live more generously. Thrivent Financial itself is a faith-based, not-for-profit organization with 2.6 million members that empowers communities and individuals by providing educational resources, financial products, and charitable support. Shoreline Group’s alignment with such a respected institution underscores its commitment to ethical practices and meaningful client relationships.

The Insurance Office Professional role at Shoreline Group offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding client service and supporting financial advisors in a collaborative and high-energy environment. This full-time position, offering an hourly wage between $16.00 and $24.00 depending on experience and licensing, is designed for someone organized, customer-focused, and eager to contribute to the smooth functioning of the office. The successful candidate will be the friendly face and voice of the team, providing administrative support and handling a diverse range of tasks that are crucial to both client satisfaction and operational excellence.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing client interactions by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and addressing inquiries efficiently. You will coordinate client meetings, maintain records using Salesforce, and assist with investment and insurance-related tasks such as research, client correspondence, and transaction support. Organizational skills will be key as you manage schedules, emails, mail distribution, and document organization to ensure everything runs seamlessly. Furthermore, you will contribute to marketing efforts by helping with events, client outreach, and community engagement activities.

The role encompasses supporting various projects, administering office programs, and processing insurance documents, including certificates, endorsements, binders, commitments, and contracts. You will also have the chance to grow professionally through mentorship, training, and development opportunities in the financial services sector, advancing your skillset and potentially expanding your responsibilities based on licensure and business needs. This position supports a work culture that values collaboration, growth potential, work-life balance, and meaningful contributions.

Shoreline Group prioritizes a positive and fun workplace where every team member’s efforts are appreciated and rewarded with fair pay, bonus structures, insurance benefits, and paid time off. If you thrive in an environment that combines a strong customer service mentality with tech proficiency and a commitment to continuous learning, this opportunity at Shoreline Group might be the perfect next step for your career.
