- Ownership of a recent smartphone

- Basic knowledge of grocery shopping and customer service
- Ability to navigate local stores and neighborhoods efficiently
Job Duties
- Receive and review orders through the Shopper app
- Shop for groceries and household items at local stores accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding order substitutions or delays
- Deliver groceries to customers' doorsteps promptly and professionally
- Manage your schedule flexibly to accept batches when convenient
- Handle payments and tips through the app
- Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the shopping and delivery process
