Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally while on a ladder with or without accommodation
- able to stand and walk for long periods
- able to perform recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching
- able to lift moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or sales experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- passion for beauty and cosmetics
- ability to provide exceptional customer service
- knowledge of beauty products is a plus

Job Duties
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty
- recommend additional and complimentary products
- inform customers of current promotions and events
- set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events
- ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program
- complete transactions accurately and efficiently
- maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues
- demonstrate company culture values
- accommodate various working schedules
- assist customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nail products
