The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some on-call flexibility as the hospital opens and evolves. Compensation starts at $70 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Your duties will include overseeing the stocking and validation of automated dispensing cabinets, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and establishing ready-to-use workflows and systems for patient care. This is an exceptional chance for someone enthusiastic about innovating pharmacy practices and comfortable navigating advanced automated pharmacy systems. Whether you are a seasoned inpatient pharmacist or a new graduate eager to gain firsthand experience in hospital pharmacy setup, this role offers an enriching environment to develop and showcase your professional capabilities.

Joining Rx Relief means becoming part of a network of pharmacy professionals who receive not only competitive remuneration but also access to benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, along with a 401(k) plan. The company's commitment to your success goes beyond placement, providing ongoing support that empowers you to thrive in your role from day one. If you are ready to make an impact on a pioneering healthcare facility’s pharmacy services, this assignment offers the perfect platform to build your career and contribute to a healthcare project designed for the future.
