Job Description
Blue Skies of Texas Senior Living Community is a distinguished retirement community with a rich history dating back to 1970. Originally established as Air Force Village I in San Antonio to serve retired officers of the armed forces, the community expanded with Air Force Village II in 1987. These campuses fostered a retirement lifestyle centered on camaraderie and shared experiences. The legacy of support for military widows continues to this day. In 2014, the community broadened its eligibility criteria to welcome retired seniors from civilian careers as well, leading to a rebranding as Blue Skies of Texas with campuses renamed Blue Skies East and Blue Skies West. Today, Blue Skies of Texas offers modern residences, a wide range of senior-focused services, and amenities designed to empower residents to enjoy a vibrant, independent living experience.
At Blue Skies, the philosophy extends beyond exceptional care to creating an engaging and diverse community where residents and staff thrive together. The organization values the unique talents and perspectives of every team member, fostering an environment where contributions have meaningful impact. Employees benefit from a stable work environment without late-night shifts while enjoying a variety of support programs and benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, employer-paid short-term disability, tuition reimbursement, employee assistance, referral bonuses, generous paid time off, and retirement plans. This commitment to employee well-being reflects Blue Skies' dedication to empowering both residents and staff to live their best lives.
The role of Inbound Sales Concierge is critical to the community's marketing and sales success. This position is the welcoming first point of contact for prospective residents, ensuring all inbound inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. The Concierge qualifies incoming leads and nurtures relationships until prospects are ready to transition to a Sales Counselor to close the sale. By managing pipeline development effectively, the Inbound Sales Concierge ensures that Sales Counselors focus on qualified, tour-ready prospects, maximizing conversion rates and enhancing community occupancy. Supported by the Director of Marketing and Sales, the Concierge works towards achieving monthly performance goals, handling CRM data entry and maintenance with precision, scheduling tours, and fostering trust-based relationships with prospects and their families. Furthermore, the role involves supporting community events and contributing to broader marketing efforts. Overall, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to influence community growth and to be part of an organization that values professionalism, warmth, and excellence in senior living services. Candidates with a background in sales or marketing, strong organizational skills, and a passion for helping seniors will find a fulfilling career path at Blue Skies of Texas.
