Pyramid Global Hospitality is a renowned hospitality management company that is deeply committed to its 'People First' culture, emphasizing the importance of employee wellbeing, growth, and development. The organization prides itself on fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment where diversity is celebrated, and meaningful relationships are cultivated among its team members. Operating across more than 230 properties worldwide, Pyramid Global Hospitality is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences while simultaneously ensuring a positive and enriching workplace for its employees. The company offers extensive benefits including comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and unique perks such as on-site wellness programs, local discounts, and employee rates on hotel stays. Additionally, the company invests in ongoing training and development opportunities, empowering its employees to enhance their skills and pursue career advancement within the hospitality industry.

One of the prestigious properties managed by Pyramid Global Hospitality is the iconic Arizona Biltmore, located in the heart of the elegant Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix, Arizona. Known as the "Jewel of the Desert," the Arizona Biltmore has been a landmark since its grand opening on February 23, 1929. The resort recently completed an extensive $150 million restoration in May 2021, which revitalized the property while preserving its timeless charm. With over 700 rooms, the resort offers over 200,000 square feet of banquet space, nine distinct food and beverage outlets including two restaurants, bars, poolside bars, a gelato shop/café, and room service. Guests enjoy luxurious amenities such as a world-class spa and seven exquisite pools, including a 65-foot waterslide. As part of the LXR Hotel & Resort by Hilton collection, the Arizona Biltmore offers bespoke service and unique guest experiences, all complemented by extensive employee travel benefits including Hilton's Go Hilton program and Pyramid's own travel perks.

The In-Room Dining Server role at the Arizona Biltmore is an exciting opportunity for individuals who wish to be a vital part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in hospitality. This position is responsible for the preparation, transportation via bicycle, presentation, and service of room service orders, all while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. The server ensures that every order is accurate, delivered promptly, and presented with care, contributing directly to the memorable guest experience.

This full-time position requires availability from 2:30 PM to midnight, including weekends and holidays, reflecting the hospitality industry’s commitment to around-the-clock service. The ideal candidate will bring prior server experience, preferably in hotel or resort settings, and have a strong familiarity with POS systems, particularly Agilysys. Holding relevant certifications such as a Maricopa County Food Handlers Card is mandatory, and Title IV Certification is preferred. Through excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor, the In-Room Dining Server upholds the resort's standards of hospitality, cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. Joining Pyramid Global Hospitality and the Arizona Biltmore property means becoming part of a world-class team that values its people and strives to continuously elevate the guest experience through dedication and care.
