Job Description

Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection is an extraordinary resort situated in the new Napa, bringing a fresh, bold, and dynamic energy that creates an unrivaled destination and community in the heart of a world-renowned wine country. Set on over 700 acres of rolling vineyards and farmland in the southern section of Napa Valley's wine-growing region, the resort enjoys convenient access to both Napa and Sonoma, offering a rare blend of scenic beauty, luxury, and adventure. The resort comprises 135 airy cottage guestrooms and suites, each featuring outdoor terraces with fire pits and stunning views of the Mayacamas Mountains. This unique property offers a limited collection of three- to six-bedroom Vineyard Homes as well as furnished two-bedroom Villas, providing guests and owners alike with exclusive accommodations that harmonize comfort, luxury, and the natural environment.

The resort features a range of amenities including Halehouse, an Auberge spa known for its targeted and intentional treatments designed to help guests reach their full potential in relaxation and wellness. There are also three distinct dining venues including Bear, a restaurant paying homage to local farmers and makers, delivering a farm-to-table experience that emphasizes fresh, locally sourced ingredients and innovative cuisine. Additionally, Stanly Ranch provides guests with behind-the-scenes looks at wine country through thrilling adventures and immersive experiences, making it not just a place to stay but a lifestyle to embrace. The resort embraces its 100-year Napa Valley history, evolving from a working ranch into a deeply-rooted luxury destination that captures the casual, honest luxury of culture and cultivation.

Joining Stanly Ranch as an In-Room Dining Server means becoming part of the Auberge Family and the wider Auberge Collection, a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences, and private clubs that share a crafted approach to luxury. This role is ideal for a service-driven hospitality professional passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences in the comfort of our guests' rooms. The In-Room Dining Server is responsible for delivering timely, personalized, and attentive service, ensuring every order is carefully presented and every interaction leaves a memorable impression. The position requires a warm guest-focused approach consistent with Auberge’s commitment to gracious yet unobtrusive service.

Responsibilities include accurately and efficiently taking and placing orders through the POS system, ensuring correct timing and billing, and delivering requested items swiftly. The server must engage with guests to understand their needs and satisfaction levels while maintaining thorough knowledge of all menu items. They will prepare guest checks, collect payments, and maintain cleanliness and organization of restaurant equipment and fittings.
