The role of In-Room Dining Attendant at Fairmont San Francisco offers a dynamic opportunity to be part of a prestigious hotel team. Reporting directly to the In-Room Dining Manager, the attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring guests receive exceptional service within their rooms. Key responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization in hallways and guest rooms by clearing Food and Beverage china, silverware, glassware, and linen promptly. Supporting servers through assisting with table setup and clearing, the attendant also refreshes guest amenities to ensure a seamless in-room dining experience.

Furthermore, this position involves replenishing clean linens and food supplies necessary for the department, along with thorough cleaning and polishing of In-Room Dining (IRD) equipment such as tables, hot boxes, refrigerators, and coffee urns. Attendants may be required to perform errands and deliver food orders to hotel offices and guest rooms efficiently and courteously. Commitment to adhering to hotel safety rules and regulations is paramount to ensure a secure and pleasant environment for both guests and staff.

Job Duties
