Job Description
Elwyn is a well-established organization committed to providing high-quality services and support to individuals with disabilities and other challenges, fostering an inclusive community that empowers and enhances the quality of life for those it serves. Founded on principles of compassion, respect, and innovation, Elwyn has grown steadily and continues to expand its programs and services to meet the evolving needs of the community. As an Equal Opportunity Employer, Elwyn strictly prohibits discrimination on any protected grounds and is dedicated to creating a diverse and welcoming workplace.
Elwyn is currently hosting an in-person hiring event at Centennial Hall in Media, PA, on June 23, 2026, from 11 am to 3 pm. This event is designed to provide qualified candidates the opportunity for on-the-spot interviews and same-day offers for several positions, including Mental Health Professional, Household Coordinator, and Health Care Associate. The hiring process is streamlined to facilitate quick onboarding, with optional on-site initiation of onboarding procedures, allowing new hires to potentially start within 20 days after clearing all background screenings and requirements.
Applicants are advised to bring a valid driver’s license, three references (two professional and one personal), along with two backup references, and personal details necessary to complete background checks. The event also provides in-person support in a computer lab for form completion and background check kickoff. This hiring event represents a unique opportunity for job seekers interested in meaningful, community-focused roles in mental health and healthcare services, where they can make a tangible difference.
The roles offered at Elwyn provide a chance to contribute to impactful care and coordination in supportive environments. The Mental Health Professional position involves working directly with individuals to provide therapeutic and supportive services that promote mental wellness. Household Coordinators oversee the daily operations and ensure smooth running of residential services, a critical role for maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. Health Care Associates support the general health and wellness of individuals through direct care, assistance, and health monitoring.
Each role at Elwyn involves a commitment to the organization’s mission and embraces a culture of respect, empathy, and professionalism. Employees benefit from a supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and involvement in a community dedicated to service excellence. The hiring event itself offers same-day job offers and the convenience of immediate onboarding options, designed to facilitate a rapid and efficient transition into the role.
Elwyn's commitment to diversity and inclusion, along with its comprehensive support during the application and hiring process, makes it an ideal place for professionals seeking rewarding careers in behavioral health and related fields. Joining Elwyn means joining a community that values every employee's contribution toward a greater social good.
