The role of Coordinator Marketing In-House is central to ensuring that owners and guests enjoy memorable vacation experiences through well-organized events and sales presentations. As a Coordinator Marketing In-House, you will play a vital role in scheduling and managing sales presentations, ensuring attendees meet eligibility requirements, and delivering top-notch guest experiences that drive revenue while maintaining loyalty. This position requires a high level of customer service, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate guests through persuasive communication techniques. You will be expected to handle a variety of administrative and customer interaction tasks, contributing to the overall success of the marketing and sales team. The role also demands flexibility and adaptability, with shifts possibly including holidays and weekends, as well as a hands-on approach to ensuring safety and company policies are followed.

Job Requirements

  • Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience
  • available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends
  • concierge and/or sales experience preferred
  • position may require background and drug screening in accordance with state and local requirements
  • physical ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time

Job Duties

  • Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations
  • provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
  • ensures that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services
  • use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
  • welcome and greet guests
