Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant sales or customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Background and drug screening may be required
- Ability to perform physical activities such as bending, twisting, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Ability to operate company vehicles according to policies
- Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Concierge and/or sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Motivated and outgoing personality with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of Marriott Vacation Club products and services is a plus
Job Duties
- Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations
- Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
- Ensures all owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning about Marriott Vacation Club products and services
- Uses persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
- Welcomes and greets guests and anticipates and addresses their needs
- Interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contributes to team goals and follows company policies and safety procedures
