This prestigious resort is renowned for blending rugged outdoors adventure with sophisticated comfort, making it a sought-after destination for travelers seeking both excitement and relaxation. At Paws Up, the focus is not solely on providing a place to stay but creating memorable moments that resonate deeply with every guest. The resort’s commitment to excellence in service, attention to detail, and an ethos of care ensures that both guests and employees feel valued and inspired.

Joining Paws Up Montana means becoming part of a team that is dedicated to upholding the resort’s reputation as an elite destination. The culture is built around collaboration, continuous improvement, and fostering a warm, welcoming environment. Employees are encouraged to grow professionally while contributing to an experience that is more than just a job; it is an opportunity to be part of something extraordinary. Paws Up provides career development and advancement opportunities, a supportive employee assistance program offering free counseling sessions, referral bonuses, carpool reimbursement, employee discounts, and complimentary lunches, reinforcing the resort’s commitment to employee well-being.

The In-Home Dining Attendant position at Paws Up Montana plays a crucial role in delivering elevated, private dining experiences throughout the resort. This role is unique because it combines driving, service, and behind-the-scenes coordination, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and guest interaction without the confines of a traditional restaurant setting. The primary responsibility is to transport beautifully prepared food and beverages to guest homes and assist with light service duties while resetting dining spaces to ensure every delivery is seamless, thoughtful, and timely. This role is essential in upholding the high standards of the resort by making every dining experience feel exclusive and personalized.

The In-Home Dining Attendant represents the resort’s dedication to top-tier hospitality by ensuring that all deliveries are made with professionalism, accuracy, and care. Beyond delivering meals, this role involves engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with their needs when appropriate, and maintaining the readiness of dining areas prior to guest check-ins. The position also supports operational efficiency by completing daily checklists, maintaining vehicles, and assisting the service team with side work as needed. Communication and teamwork are vital in this role, as attendants coordinate closely with Food & Beverage Managers and other departments to adapt to the dynamic needs of the resort and respond proactively to guest feedback.

This position is well-suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, are comfortable working outdoors in Montana’s remote settings, and bring a friendly, professional demeanor even during periods of high demand. The resort values employees who demonstrate professionalism, hospitality, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and high-quality work environment. By joining Paws Up Montana, In-Home Dining Attendants become ambassadors of the resort’s values and standards, contributing to the overall guest experience and ensuring that every interaction reflects the spirit of Paws Up.

If you have a passion for hospitality and seek a role that offers more than just standard duties but an invitation to be part of a vibrant community dedicated to excellence, Paws Up Montana’s In-Home Dining Attendant role offers an exciting opportunity to grow and make a meaningful impact. This position is perfect for those who appreciate mobility, meaningful guest engagement, and the chance to independently deliver exceptional experiences while being supported by a cohesive and dedicated team.
