The Dishwasher/Busser role is a vital position within our restaurant's team. This position involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of dishware, utensils, floors, tables, and chairs to support efficient restaurant operations and uphold sanitary standards. The ideal candidate will be organized, diligent, and proactive in keeping the dishwashing area tidy, managing food storage locations, and assisting with various cleaning tasks throughout the restaurant. This role also involves supporting the service team by unloading delivery trucks, stocking supplies, and occasionally assembling take-out orders and delivering food to guests. This physically demanding job requires stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects while consistently paying close attention to detail and maintaining a positive attitude. Job Duties
- Clean and maintain dishware, utensils, floors, tables and chairs
- maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash and cleaning equipment
- unload delivery trucks supplies and place in proper storage area
- stock and rotate all needed supplies in the service areas and dining room
- assemble take-out orders and deliver food to guests as needed
- assist with cleaning projects throughout the restaurant
- ensure customer needs are always met
