Job Description
Delaware North Gaming is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the team at Ignite Steakhouse, located in the Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. The restaurant offers a high-energy atmosphere and aims to provide an exceptional guest experience through elevated dining services.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience (AGM or GM) in a fine dining restaurant environment
- extensive wine and spirits knowledge
- ability to teach and maintain 4 diamond service
- strong food knowledge with a variety of menus and previous experience supervising service team members required
- ability to communicate effectively with staff
- no degree required
