The role of Catering & Convention Services Manager at Hyatt Regency Buffalo is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and results-driven professional to lead the food and beverage sales efforts and manage convention services at this flagship property. This position is critical in delivering outstanding catering experiences while driving revenue growth and maintaining high satisfaction scores. As a manager who is overtime eligible, this role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities from client engagement and event execution to market analysis and community involvement.

In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for managing food and beverage sales goals, servicing client groups, and overseeing the seamless execution of events. Your ability to build lasting client relationships will be key to repeat business and overall success. Collaborating closely with the Director of Sales or Director of Catering/Convention Services, you will contribute to the hotel’s revenue targets and reputation for excellence.
