  • HVAC experience required
  • ability to work flexible hours including long shifts
  • capability to travel frequently within Maine and New England
  • physical ability to perform hands-on maintenance work
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • willingness to comply with safety standards and protocols

Job Duties

  • Service and install HVAC and kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, exhaust hoods, and cooler/freezer boxes
  • travel between restaurant locations in Maine and New England to perform maintenance tasks
  • work collaboratively in teams of 2-3 people
  • adapt to changing work environments and schedules
  • maintain restaurant equipment to ensure operational efficiency
  • assist management in maintaining interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness
  • provide technical support and troubleshoot equipment issues
