Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
HVAC experience required
ability to work flexible hours including long shifts
capability to travel frequently within Maine and New England
physical ability to perform hands-on maintenance work
valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
willingness to comply with safety standards and protocols

Job Duties

Service and install HVAC and kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, exhaust hoods, and cooler/freezer boxes
travel between restaurant locations in Maine and New England to perform maintenance tasks
work collaboratively in teams of 2-3 people
adapt to changing work environments and schedules
maintain restaurant equipment to ensure operational efficiency
assist management in maintaining interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness
provide technical support and troubleshoot equipment issues
