We are currently seeking a diligent and customer-focused Cashier to join our service and parts department. This role is integral in managing all payment transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring customer payments are processed promptly and with professionalism. The Cashier will be responsible for handling various forms of payment including cash, checks, and credit cards, and must be skilled in summarizing daily parts and service sales to balance bank deposits. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or equivalent, along with related experience or training, demonstrating excellent attention to detail and communication skills. This position requires a professional appearance and the ability to work well within a diverse and team-oriented environment.

In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by addressing and fulfilling customers' payment needs effectively, ensuring their satisfaction at every touchpoint. You will conduct transactions courteously both over the phone and in person, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the overall operations of the dealership by supporting other departments as needed. The Cashier must be capable of meeting company production and quality standards and managing the physical demands of the job, including prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking. Additional responsibilities include attending company meetings, following work rules and procedures, and upholding confidentiality policies.
