The Human Resources Manager role at Uline’s Ohio branch is a pivotal leadership position designed to oversee and enhance human resource functions for over 200 employees, including warehouse, facilities, and office staff. This position offers a competitive salary range from $120,000 to $150,000 annually and emphasizes the company’s dedication to investing in top HR leadership talent. The HR Manager is entrusted with guiding a high-performing HR team that supports staffing efforts for a new facility, ensuring that recruitment, retention, performance management, and employee relations are effectively managed in a high-growth, shift-based warehouse environment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field
  • 7 plus years of HR and talent acquisition experience including previous management experience
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with Workday knowledge a plus
  • Knowledgeable of federal and Ohio labor and employment laws
  • Strong recruiting background especially in high-growth, shift or warehouse settings
  • Extended travel for initial training at Uline's North American locations
