The HSE Manager role is integral to maintaining and advancing the health, safety, and environmental standards at the facility. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and oversee processes that promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local HSE regulations.

In this role, the HSE Manager works closely with all levels of facility personnel and collaborates with the Electrification Industrial Solutions' functional HSE leadership to support major safety initiatives. Responsibilities include creating and executing annual safety plans, conducting compliance audits, providing targeted health and safety training with an emphasis on Electrical Safety and Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures, and maintaining HSE metrics and records. The manager acts as a key advisor to the leadership team by offering data-driven insights and strategic recommendations for improving safety performance and mitigating risks. A significant focus of the position is fostering a safety-centered culture where employees feel empowered and supported in reporting concerns and participating in continuous improvement efforts.

IPS values individuals who lead with integrity, prioritize safety, and demonstrate a commitment to an ethical workplace. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, holds themselves accountable, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. With an entrepreneurial mindset, this person is proactive, adaptable, and excels in a fast-paced setting. Clear and purposeful communication, a strong desire to continuously learn, and a passion for personal and professional growth align perfectly with the company’s ethos.
