Our tailored services ensure that companies have access to expert HR support and resources, allowing them to focus on their core operations while we handle the complexities of employee management and regulatory compliance.

This role is based in Lindon, Utah, and operates in an in-office environment, reflecting our commitment to collaborative and hands-on management. As the HR Representative Manager, you will ensure that your team is well-equipped, well-informed, and motivated to provide exceptional service to our clients and their employees. Your leadership will directly impact client satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our HR services.

This position requires a strong leader who can balance supervisory responsibilities with direct client engagement. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating essential reports such as EEO-1, MWR, and BLS, and responding to subpoena requests, illustrating the role's operational and regulatory importance.

We are seeking candidates with 3 to 5 years of HR experience, ideally within service-driven, multi-client, or PEO environments, who have demonstrated leadership or coaching capabilities. Proficiency in health and supplemental benefits management and clear, professional communication skills are essential. Furthermore, an understanding of artificial intelligence capabilities and how they can be leveraged to streamline HR processes will set the successful candidate apart. Helpside offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including fully employer-paid health insurance for employees and their families, various supplemental benefits, a 401(k) plan with company matching, paid holidays, and paid time off. Join Helpside as our HR Representative Manager and contribute to a team committed to excellence in HR solutions and client service.
