We are currently seeking a Guest Environment Expert to join our team, a critical role that goes beyond traditional housekeeping duties. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about creating memorable and unique guest experiences through impeccable cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel environment. The Guest Environment Expert is responsible for a wide variety of housekeeping functions to maintain the pristine appearance and cleanliness of hotel rooms and public spaces. This role requires a proactive and hands-on approach, with the flexibility and autonomy to move about the hotel and address the needs of both guests and the property effectively.

Being a Guest Environment Expert at Westin means you will play a vital role in shaping the overall guest impression. Duties include delivering guest requests promptly, stocking housekeeping carts efficiently, cleaning guest rooms and all public areas, and ensuring that the hotel environment meets the highest standards of quality and hygiene. The role demands physical stamina, as associates will be required to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift, move, or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Success in this position also depends on adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and maintaining professionalism in appearance and communication.
