We are currently seeking a hands-on and dynamic individual to join our team as a Houseperson/Laundry PM. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel, ensuring that our guests receive quality service in a timely and friendly manner. The Houseperson/Laundry PM is responsible for a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks, including the upkeep of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, stairwells, outdoor areas, and parking lots. This position also involves deep cleaning of assigned areas and setting up and maintaining complimentary hotel lobby functions, including coffee and water services.
In addition to supporting the housekeeping team by restocking supplies and assisting with linen management, the Houseperson/Laundry PM plays a crucial role in supporting meeting function rooms by cleaning and setting them up as needed. They manage the collection and disposal of trash and recyclables throughout the property, ensuring all areas remain tidy and inviting. This role requires flexibility, with availability needed on Sunday and Monday nights from 3 pm to 11 pm, and the ability to respond to other duties such as maintenance work orders as assigned.

Job Duties
- Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the public areas of the hotel including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, stairwells, outdoor area, and parking lots
- Deep cleaning of assigned areas
- Setting up and maintaining the complimentary hotel lobby functions including coffee service and water service
- Cleaning and setting up meeting functions rooms
- Assist with the delivery and restocking housekeeping stations
- Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables throughout the property including outdoor spaces and parking lot
- Support room attendants by supplying clean linens, towels, and guest supplies as needed
