Job Requirements
- ability to follow verbal and written directions
- thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- ability to work without direct supervision
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to perform housekeeping duties requiring bending, lifting and standing for extended periods
- good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Job Duties
- perform a variety of hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean public areas inside and outside the hotel according to established standards
- assist guests by providing information as requested
- assist in all departments as needed to maintain cleanliness of the entire hotel including housekeeping, laundry, public areas, breakfast area, meeting rooms and maintenance
- stock public areas with supplies and set up meeting rooms for events
- provide courteous, friendly guest service by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests and complaints with a positive service attitude
- contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for the diverse team and guests
- follow verbal and written directions to complete cleaning tasks
