The role available is for a full-time, non-management Porter position at The Ritz-Carlton located at 2121 McKinney Avenue, Dallas, Texas. This position plays a vital role in the smooth operation of the hotel by supporting several departments to ensure guests and employees receive the services and items they need promptly. Porters collaborate closely with housekeeping, engineering, banquet services, restaurants, and the front desk to help deliver an exceptional guest experience. The position requires physical endurance, as it involves standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and maneuvering in tight spaces and on stairs or ramps. Porters handle objects weighing up to 55 pounds without assistance and must be comfortable performing physical tasks such as reaching, kneeling, twisting, stretching, and stooping.

This role is more than just moving items; it is about contributing to unforgettable experiences for the hotel’s guests. The Porter ensures that every guest need is met with care and attention while adhering strictly to company policies and safety standards.
