This full-time Houseperson role at the hotel offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the high standards of cleanliness and hospitality the brand is known for. The Houseperson will play an essential role in maintaining the property's cleanliness, organization, and overall guest satisfaction. This job starts at $24.00 per hour and includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for eligible full-time associates. The position operates under general supervision and involves cleaning, maintaining, and stocking assigned areas to meet the hotel’s cleanliness standards. The Houseperson helps ensure all housekeeping closets, storerooms, and pool areas are well stocked with necessary supplies and that trash and linen are removed regularly throughout the day and after every shift. Additionally, this role supports fellow housekeeping associates and contributes by performing other duties assigned by management to uphold service excellence. There is also a responsibility during winter months to shovel snow when accumulation is less than 2.5 inches and to salt sidewalks and walkways after snow plowing service. This demonstrates the role’s broad scope in maintaining safety, comfort, and a pleasant environment for hotel guests and staff alike.
