The role on offer is for a Guest Environment Expert within the housekeeping team. This is a full-time, non-management position based at the JW Marriott property located at 3033 Fairmount St, Dallas. The Guest Environment Expert plays an integral part in maintaining the beauty and cleanliness of the hotel, contributing directly to a memorable guest experience. This role goes far beyond the basic housekeeping duties of cleaning guest rooms and making beds; it involves a comprehensive approach to managing the entire hotel environment. Responsibilities include fulfilling guest requests promptly, restocking carts, cleaning not only guest rooms but also public areas, and supporting the overall appearance and presentation of the hotel. The team member is empowered to operate proactively within their assigned space to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Success in this role hinges on multiple factors, including a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment, adherence to company policies, confidentiality, and consistently upholding quality standards. The role demands physical activity such as standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds, reflecting the hands-on nature of the work.
