The Housekeeping Team Associate position at OTO Development is a vital role responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas to ensure exceptional guest experiences. This hourly role reports directly to the Housekeeping Supervisor and is primarily physical in nature, requiring individuals who can stand, sit, walk, bend, lift, and squat for extended periods while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail. The associate will stock housekeeping carts with all necessary supplies, efficiently prepare to handle daily assignments, and understand the nuances between 'light touch' cleaning and 'full clean' to effectively meet room standards. Responsibilities also include vacuuming floors, changing sheets, restocking necessary amenities, and professionally reporting any maintenance issues to the front desk or team members.
