Hyatt's philosophy celebrates individuality and embraces diversity, ensuring that every team member feels valued and empowered to build a rewarding career path. Our core belief is that hospitality goes beyond just a job – it is a vital profession for those who truly care about creating remarkable guest experiences worldwide.
Located in the vibrant downtown Miami area, our Hyatt Regency hotel is ideally situated next to Brickell – one of Miami's most trendy and dynamic neighborhoods. This prime location offers guests breathtaking views of the Miami River with convenient access to the Miami Riverwalk, Bayfront Park, the Kaseya Center, the Port of Miami, Brickell City Centre, Little Havana, and the Frost Museum of Science. Our hotel combines the charm of an iconic architectural landmark with modern amenities designed to exceed guest expectations and provide an unmatched hospitality experience.
The Housekeeping Supervisor role at our Miami property plays a critical leadership part within the Housekeeping department. This position requires supervising and supporting a team responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas while upholding Hyatt’s high standards of guest service and operational excellence. The supervisor will conduct inspections of guest rooms to ensure quality, handle employee counseling and interviews, resolve guest complaints with professionalism, and perform general administrative tasks related to the department. With a minimum of one year of hotel experience, strong communication skills, basic computer literacy, and preferably prior supervisory experience, this role is key to preserving the hotel’s reputation for outstanding hospitality.
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be part of a passionate team committed to creating a welcoming environment for guests and a supportive workplace culture for colleagues. Hyatt values diversity and inclusivity and provides equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status. This role offers an excellent career opportunity in a bustling urban setting, enriched by Hyatt’s commitment to continuous training, professional development, and employee well-being. The position entails working flexible hours, including morning and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our valued guests. Join Hyatt’s team in downtown Miami and become part of an organization dedicated to shaping timeless hospitality experiences and nurturing career growth within the global hospitality industry.
