Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in housekeeping management or related field
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Valid driver's license preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with staff, guests, and other departments
  • Experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping is preferred
  • Familiarity with custodial procedures and equipment

Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
  • Train and supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient guest services and seamless operations
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to standards
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with maintenance department to address any repairs or maintenance issues
  • Maintain a safe working environment for staff, adhering to all health and safety regulations
