Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or related field
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Valid driver's license preferred
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff, guests, and other departments
- Experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping is preferred
- Familiarity with custodial procedures and equipment
Job Duties
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient guest services and seamless operations
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to standards
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with maintenance department to address any repairs or maintenance issues
- Maintain a safe working environment for staff, adhering to all health and safety regulations
