The role of Housekeeping Supervisor at Southland Casino is a crucial leadership position within the property’s housekeeping department. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will take an active role in overseeing housekeeping team members, ensuring that all areas of the casino hotel—including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas—are maintained to exceptional standards of cleanliness and safety. Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of housekeeping supervisory experience in a resort or hotel
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- knowledge of housekeeping equipment and cleaning techniques
- familiarity with hotel management software and systems preferred
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Help train and manage all room, house, and public area team members
- provide training to team members on a regular basis
- identify areas of improvement and efficiency
- ensure stay-over and vacant attendant service is consistently performed by room attendants
- inspect all assigned guest rooms to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- demonstrate proper use of cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces
- handle cleaning chemicals in accordance with OSHA regulations and hotel requirements
