The available position at the Buffalo Marriott LECOM HARBORCENTER is a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor role offering $19 per hour. This role is key to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency within the housekeeping department. The candidate will be expected to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. In this role, the Housekeeping Supervisor will ensure compliance with all daily operational procedures, maintain and enforce hotel and franchise policies, handle guest complaints with professionalism to ensure guest satisfaction, and oversee the training and development of the housekeeping team.

The supervisor will also be responsible for anticipating and effectively managing daily business challenges by reviewing business levels and planning solutions accordingly. They will assist staff in their job functions to maintain optimal guest service, ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned areas, and sometimes perform housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson functions themselves to support the team. This position requires a proactive leadership style, strong communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and equipment use.
