In the role of Housekeeping Supervisor at Palette Hotels, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the cleanliness and quality standards of guest rooms and public areas. This position is essential to ensuring that every aspect of the hotel environment meets the high standards expected by guests and management alike. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and pool areas after cleaning, ensuring that service quality is consistent and any discrepancies are addressed promptly. Responsibilities include running sold room reports, managing room status updates, and coordinating the priorities of room cleaning to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction. The supervisor supports management in daily operations and acts as a critical liaison among the Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.

Job Duties
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after cleaning to ensure quality standards
- run sold room reports and verify room status

- assist in managing daily housekeeping activities
- coordinate efforts between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry
- document and resolve discrepant room issues with Front Desk
- prepare and distribute assignment sheets and work boards
- communicate issues to the next shift
- complete required paperwork
- assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees
