The role of Housekeeping Supervisor at HHM Hotels is pivotal in maintaining the high brand and hotel guest service standards visitors expect. The Housekeeping Supervisor plays an essential role in training, scheduling, and coaching staff to perform their duties efficiently and with a focus on guest satisfaction. Candidates for this position will have the opportunity to advance their careers through a structured growth path that includes potential promotion to Executive Housekeeper, Front Office Manager, Assistant General Manager, and ultimately General Manager.

Housekeeping Supervisors are responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms and public areas, monitoring guest service scores to identify areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health standards such as OSHA and MSDS. The role also includes occasional hands-on cleaning to support housekeeping associates and managing supply inventory. Supervisory responsibilities may extend to laundry staff when applicable. The position demands a proactive approach toward employee performance management, fostering a positive work environment through coaching and direct intervention when necessary.

This is a hands-on management role that requires a flexible work schedule, including holidays and weekends, as well as the physical ability to engage in tasks such as standing for extended periods, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and bending.
