The resort offers a blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury, catering to both leisure and business travelers. Guests experience top-tier amenities including well-appointed guest rooms, extensive conference facilities, dining options, and recreational amenities such as pools and fitness centers. The hotel’s commitment to maintaining a welcoming environment is matched by its dedication to its employees, creating a supportive workplace that encourages both personal and professional growth.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel and Conference Center, you will play a crucial dual role that combines hands-on housekeeping responsibilities with leadership duties. You will work directly with the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Executive Housekeeper to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel’s guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This role demands strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for training, motivating, and supporting the housekeeping team to deliver both excellence in service and pristine cleanliness. Managing inventory, overseeing supplies and equipment, and responding promptly to guest requests are key elements of your role.

This full-time position, offering a competitive wage starting at $16 to $18 per hour, requires approximately 40 hours per week. Availability for occasional weekends, holidays, and additional hours during peak business periods is necessary. The Housekeeping Supervisor position offers a wonderful opportunity to grow within a highly regarded hospitality leader known for valuing its team members and fostering a positive work environment where dedication and excellence are rewarded.

The hotel also provides a comprehensive benefits package and unique team member perks including swim days, fitness center access, discounted hotel stays and meals, holiday pay, supplemental insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, and health insurance options. As a valued member of the housekeeping supervision team, you will have the chance to be part of a collaborative, guest-focused culture that prioritizes both employee satisfaction and guest delight. If you are dedicated, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting, this role offers a meaningful career path within a reputable hotel brand.
