This job opening is for the full-time position of Housekeeping Supervisor located at Analog Devices in Wilmington, Massachusetts. The position works from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm with some flexibility required to accommodate possible schedule changes. The Housekeeping Supervisor role is fundamental in overseeing, monitoring, and actively participating in the cleaning and sanitation of rooms and common areas throughout the facility, ensuring they meet company standards and government regulations. The supervisor is responsible for directing the overall sanitation and safety of the facility, determining cleaning assignments, establishing priorities based on occupancy, and maintaining detailed records of assignments. A critical part of the role includes ensuring the security of keys, responding to and resolving customer needs and requests, and inspecting rooms and common areas to approve staff performance and take corrective actions when necessary. Additionally, the supervisor handles inventory management for materials and supplies, participates in onboarding and training of associates, and ensures safe and proper use of environmental services equipment and chemicals. This position demands at least two years of supervisory or lead experience in GMP or controlled environments and offers a pay range between $25.00 to $27.00 per hour. Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of supervisory or lead experience overseeing staff in GMP or controlled environments

Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of supervisory or lead experience overseeing staff in GMP or controlled environments
- Proven leadership skills in managing teams in a facility management or housekeeping environment
- Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workflow and maintain accurate records
- Experience in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Proficient in using environmental services equipment and chemicals safely
- Capable of training and onboarding new employees

Job Duties
- Directs and participates in the overall sanitation and safety of the facility and associates in accordance with company standards and government regulations
- Determines cleaning assignments and establishes priorities
- adjusts assignments based on changes in room occupancy or emergency clean-up requests
