This job opening is for the full-time position of Housekeeping Supervisor located at Analog Devices in Wilmington, Massachusetts. The position works from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm with some flexibility required to accommodate possible schedule changes. The Housekeeping Supervisor role is fundamental in overseeing, monitoring, and actively participating in the cleaning and sanitation of rooms and common areas throughout the facility, ensuring they meet company standards and government regulations. The supervisor is responsible for directing the overall sanitation and safety of the facility, determining cleaning assignments, establishing priorities based on occupancy, and maintaining detailed records of assignments. A critical part of the role includes ensuring the security of keys, responding to and resolving customer needs and requests, and inspecting rooms and common areas to approve staff performance and take corrective actions when necessary. Additionally, the supervisor handles inventory management for materials and supplies, participates in onboarding and training of associates, and ensures safe and proper use of environmental services equipment and chemicals. This position demands at least two years of supervisory or lead experience in GMP or controlled environments and offers a pay range between $25.00 to $27.00 per hour.
