The Housekeeping Associate at Mercedes-Benz Stadium is an essential part of Stadium Operations. This role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and hospitality throughout the facility to enhance guest experiences. Housekeeping Associates are responsible for ensuring that all areas, including restrooms, public spaces, and event-specific locations, remain spotless and well-maintained during events and throughout operational hours. This role offers part-time employment and requires availability for approximately 75 percent of all events, including football games, soccer matches, concerts, and special events, which often occur during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- minimum one (1) year experience in a housekeeping/janitorial position
- must be customer service oriented and maintain a neat and clean appearance at all times
- must have a keen awareness of working environment
- must be available for approximately 75 percent all events including nights, weekends and holidays
- must enjoy helping others and working within a team environment
- must be proactive in seeking out positive interactions with guests and coworkers
- must enjoy speaking and interacting with others warmly and respectfully
- must be available to attend all necessary training
- ability to stand, walk or walk up and down stairs throughout an event

Job Duties
- Collect and empty recyclables and trash in a timely manner
- ensure that receptacles or containers never overflow
- perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and polishing
- maintain restroom areas to highest level of quality standards
- keep toilets, urinals, floors, sinks, faucets, countertops, mirrors, dispensers, stalls/partitions and doors neat and clean at all times
- ensure restroom toilet tissue, seat cover, hand towel, soap, and feminine hygiene dispensers remain well stocked and never run out of product
- respond to spills and thoroughly clean affected areas in a timely manner to ensure safety of guests
- perform other duties, functions, special projects and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
