The Housekeeper | Room Attendant plays a critical role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction that KPMG Lakehouse is known for. This role focuses on ensuring the participant rooms within the facility are impeccably clean and well-stocked at all times. The housekeeper is tasked with replenishing supplies and equipment, changing bed linens, making beds to exacting standards, and cleaning and restocking bathrooms within guest rooms. Attention to detail is paramount, as the housekeeper must ensure all assigned rooms are cleaned thoroughly and within the scheduled work hours.

In addition to cleaning duties, the housekeeper must report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure rooms remain in top condition for guests. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks such as lifting moderate weights, bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, and standing or walking throughout the shift. Effective communication skills and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service are essential qualities for success in this role.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation policies
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform job duties
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Willingness to uphold company standards and policies

Job Qualifications

  • A true desire to deliver exceptional service in maintaining the cleanliness of facility participant rooms and public spaces
  • Ability to professionally communicate with facility participants and colleagues
  • Display empathy in all interactions with colleagues and participants
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight for the duration of shift

  • Able to walk and stand throughout the duration of shift
  • Willingness to assist in other housekeeping areas as needed and work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Replenishing supplies and equipment as needed
