The Housekeeping Supervisor role is a critical position within Marriott Vacations Worldwide, focused on ensuring owner and guest satisfaction by overseeing the housekeeping staff and maintaining high cleanliness standards across villas, rooms, public areas, and pools. This full-time position offers an hourly rate of $22.80 and requires availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The Housekeeping Supervisor supports daily operations by inspecting cleaned areas for quality assurance, managing room status reports, prioritizing cleaning tasks, and updating occupancy status to maintain smooth communication across departments.

In this role, the supervisor acts as a vital liaison coordinating the efforts between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry to resolve discrepancies quickly and efficiently. Responsibilities extend to assisting management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching staff to foster a motivated, professional team. Job Requirements
