Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality supervision
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage and train staff effectively
- knowledge of housekeeping cleaning standards and safety regulations

- attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure owner and guest satisfaction
- inspect villas, rooms, public areas, and pools after cleaning to verify quality standards
- run occupied villa and room reports and update cleaning priorities based on status
- assist management in daily operations and crew supervision
- coordinate efforts between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry departments
- document and resolve room discrepancies with the Front Desk
- prepare and communicate daily assignment sheets and work boards
- train, schedule, evaluate, counsel, discipline, motivate, and coach housekeeping employees
- ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies
- maintain professional appearance and guest service standards
- communicate issues and changes to next shifts
- perform other duties as assigned
