As a Housekeeping Manager, you will contribute significantly to the operational success by managing a broad range of responsibilities from hiring, training, and coaching maintenance staff to conducting thorough inspections, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will play a key role in supporting the member experience, ensuring every corner of the club meets and exceeds expectations through close collaboration with club leadership and team members. This role is perfect for candidates with proven management experience in commercial or fitness settings, equipped with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and fitness equipment maintenance, and a deep understanding of janitorial and OSHA compliance standards.
