This position demands a keen eye for detail, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining product quality and guest satisfaction. As a Housekeeping Manager, the individual plays an essential role in upholding the hotel’s image by ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas meet the established Sonesta cleanliness standards.
In this role, the Housekeeping Manager supervises the housekeeping team, manages inventory of supplies and linens, and handles administrative duties such as scheduling and budget forecasting.
