Highgate Hotels is a prestigious real estate investment and hospitality management company with an impressive portfolio, managing over $15 billion in assets globally. With more than 400 hotels across North America, Europe, the Caribbean, and Latin America, Highgate has positioned itself as an industry leader through innovation and expert guidance in the hospitality sector. Established for over 30 years, the company is known for its extensive experience and success in the development and management of lifestyle hotel brands, legacy brands, and independent resorts. Its approach blends contemporary design, digital acumen, and sophisticated revenue management tools that help predict market dynamics, maximize asset value, and drive outperformance.

Highgate Hotel's innovative vision is supported by a seasoned executive team and global corporate offices, making it a trusted partner for ownership groups and major hotel brands worldwide. The company prides itself on offering quality service environments while maintaining efficient operations and cost control.

Situated in Las Vegas, the Renaissance by Highgate is the largest smoke-free, non-gaming hotel in the city, offering 548 stylish guestrooms and a unique blend of modern design, sophistication, and guest-focused amenities. The hotel caters to both business and leisure travelers, offering distinctive programming such as fitness classes, craft beer selections, and special in-room amenities, all designed to enhance the guest experience.

The Housekeeping Manager role at Highgate provides a dynamic leadership opportunity within this thriving hospitality environment. This position is key in ensuring that the housekeeping department operates with utmost efficiency, friendliness, and attention to detail. The manager oversees a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest service while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the hotel.

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for managing daily operations, including scheduling, staff supervision, training, and maintaining compliance with corporate standards, risk management, and safety policies. This role demands a hands-on leader who is capable of motivating and coaching the team to uphold Highgate’s standards through regular inspections, inventory management, and responsive guest services.

An important part of the role is handling all guest requests and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction by quickly addressing any issues or complaints. The manager collaborates closely with other departments, particularly Guest Services and Engineering, to uphold the overall hotel quality and operational flow. Effective communication and organizational skills are essential, as the position entails managing multiple tasks, including payroll review, purchase orders, and employee schedules.

This leadership position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving capabilities who can operate under pressure while maintaining a warm and courteous demeanor. Working hours may be long, and physical effort is part of the daily routine, supporting the role’s hands-on nature within a fast-paced hotel environment.

Overall, the Housekeeping Manager role at Highgate Hotels offers an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals seeking to advance their careers within a respected and innovative company that values both employee development and superior guest experiences.
