This role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and organization in various key areas of the property, such as the spa, gym, lobby, and pool areas. The position is vital to ensuring that all guest-facing and public spaces meet high standards of hygiene, appearance, and operational readiness. The hourly wage starts at $26.70 to $27.50 for the first nine months, increasing gradually with experience, reaching $35.37 per hour after 19 months. The person filling this role will be responsible for routine inspection, cleaning, stocking, and organization tasks across multiple facility areas. This includes maintaining restrooms, locker rooms, elevators, hallways, offices, and ensuring trash removal is conducted efficiently and respectfully. Strong attention to detail and consistent adherence to safety and hygiene standards are essential. In addition to physical upkeep, the role requires effective communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to use mobile devices and radios for coordination.
