The role also involves replenishing any missing inventory items in units, conducting written inspections as required by management, and assisting with accurate inventory management of linens and supplies. Additionally, the Housekeeping Inspector supports the team by setting positive examples of productivity and professionalism, working cooperatively with other staff members to enhance operational efficiency.
This position is a perfect fit for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrate flexibility with scheduling including weekends and holidays, and have a proactive approach to ensuring guest satisfaction. The resort emphasizes a Spirit of Service culture where commitment and dedication to delivering exceptional experiences to guests and fellow team members are expected at all times.
Offering a starting wage of $17.50 per hour, this is an hourly, part-time employment opportunity with excellent benefits starting from day one. Team members appreciate working at Ocean Beach Club Resort and Oceanaire because of the extraordinary people, exceptional benefits, and numerous programs designed to support employee health, growth, and wellbeing. Benefits include comprehensive health care options covering medical, dental, and vision, recognition programs, travel discounts, a robust paid vacation and sick days policy, an employee assistance program promoting mental and physical health, a 401(k) plan with company match, tuition reimbursement, and employee stock purchase plans. These benefits, combined with opportunities for learning and advancement, make this an attractive workplace for individuals pursuing a rewarding hospitality career.
