Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties
- good interpersonal skills
- ability to follow instructions and maintain high cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- hospitality experience or related customer service background preferred
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- effective communication skills
- ability to handle physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- basic understanding of cleaning equipment and supplies

Job Duties
- clean and maintain designated areas such as public spaces, offices, restrooms, banquet, meeting, and conference rooms to meet established cleanliness standards
- dust and shine furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, sweep, mop, and shampoo carpets
- wash windows and buff floors
- dispose of waste and ashtrays appropriately
- greet guests amiably to enhance their experience
- keep accurate records of all maintenance requests and completed repairs
- plan and coordinate with management for timely and cost-effective replenishment of supplies
- perform extensive cleaning duties and manage unique projects
- carry out guest requests and assist in the cleanliness of guest lodgings as necessary
