This role involves performing various cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing to maintain the pristine condition of all guest rooms and public areas. The Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring that every room is inspected in accordance with our rigorous standards, safeguarding equipment, and promptly reporting any damages, shortages, or disruptions. The individual must exhibit a proactive approach in addressing reasonable guest complaints and requests with patience and professionalism, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.

This position requires the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively while working independently. Familiarity with health and safety regulations and adherence to company policies is mandatory to ensure a secure and hazard-free environment. The Housekeeper will also oversee the inventory levels of consumables and ensure timely replenishment to meet guest needs. Proficiency in the English language is necessary to communicate clearly with guests and team members. Job Duties

  • Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
  • Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
  • Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
  • Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
  • Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
  • Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
  • Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
