This opportunity is for the position of Housekeeping Floor Manager at Aria, one of MGM Resorts’ premier luxury properties located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma or GED
- two years of prior relevant experience in a related field, preferably housekeeping and/or hotel management
- knowledgeable with OSHA regulations
- exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- ability to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays

Job Duties
- Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of assigned housekeeping areas
- supervise, train, direct, and assist Guest Room Attendants and House Persons
- conduct daily briefings and schedule meetings with assigned team members
- ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, lockers, lobbies, and assigned public areas in accordance with department standards
- perform daily written guest room inspections and frequent visual inspections of guest rooms and public areas
- monitor team productivity and communicate any performance concerns or areas below standards to the Executive Assistant Housekeeper
- distribute workloads fairly and evenly among assigned team members
- provide regular feedback, coaching, counseling, and discipline related to job performance, guest service, and department policies and procedures
